The Sunday Times has, this week, announced its Tech Track 100 list for 2015, ranking BlisMedia in 54th. This is a substantial endorsement of the company’s continued growth and financial success in the Adtech sector.
Founded in 2004, BlisMedia’s unique platform enables the automation of digital ad space trading and the precise targeting of consumers using location and demographic data. They now provide highly targeted adverts for the likes of Unilever, targeting 700m devices and month, and tracking 1.7bn location based data points.
Meridian GC partnered with venture capital firm Beringea in late 2011 to invest in the mobile ad media company, seeing the substantial potential for the application of their technology in the ad sector. BlisMedia has achieved an average sales growth of 62% PA for the last 3 years, with 2014 sales hitting £8m. Their commitment to expansion is apparent, as they are currently preparing to open an office in New York in the next year.
